Description: This ranch is located at the foot of Pilot Peak a historical monument in the High Desert used by early day settler's to find their route west. The ranch has 320 acres which is fenced and has approx. 60 acres of irrigated lands on it with 37 acres of Surface water rights and underground well permit for 130 acres. Irrigation water comes from a deep well and Shell Creek. A reservoir is used for storage and well water is pumped into it and another pump set up to pump out of it to the two wheel lines now. The summer use could be balanced with the winter use by concentrating on more irrigated pasture on the ranch and by pasturing irrigated fields. A center pivot covering approx. 100 acres is ordered and would be included in the sale. It won't be installed until this Fall. the ranch has good corrals, a hay barn, several barns/sheds, a older shop and two newer shops. There are 3 homes on the ranch all in living condition and in good to excellent shape. There is also a small bunk house with sod roof and a lot of character. If you dont need all the homes there should be a good chance of renting to miners who work at the Long Canyon mine just South of I-80 at the juncture of I-80 and State Rt 233anyon mine just South of I-80 at the juncture of I-80 and State Rt 233. juncture of I-80 and State Rt 233.
